Adding an additional mailbox to MS Outlook
This
document explains how to add an additional mailbox to MS Outlook. The purpose
is to explain to users who need to view multiple mailboxes, how to do so.
Example, I have my staff brippe@fullcoll.edu
and I also have a mail account for the FC web site, webmaster@fullcoll.edu. I would like
to check both accounts while I’m in outlook.
Step

Click
“Tools” from the main menu and then “Services”

You
will see the following dialog appear then click “Properties”.

Now
you should see the following dialog. Click the Advanced Tab from this dialog
box.

From
this tab you can add additional mailboxes, by clicking “Add” and typing the
account name of the mailbox to add.
